Behind the Science

What makes a research-grade compound?

HPLC Testing

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography separates the components of a compound sample and measures the relative proportion of each. This gives us the chromatographic purity percentage — the gold standard for verifying a peptide's purity profile.

Mass Spectrometry

Mass spectrometry confirms the molecular identity of a compound by measuring the mass-to-charge ratio of its ions. This verifies that the compound is exactly what it claims to be — not a substitute, contaminant, or mislabeled product.

Lyophilization

Lyophilization — or freeze-drying — removes moisture from peptides under vacuum while keeping their molecular structure intact. This extends stability and shelf life significantly compared to liquid formulations, making it the preferred format for research compounds.

Third-Party Verification

Refunds & Returns

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of research peptides and biochemical compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped. This policy exists to maintain the integrity and safety of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at peplabusanet@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 5 business days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. PepLabUSA is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email peplabusanet@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
